David, Technician
He isn’t just one of our techs, he’s also the owner of Desired Skin tattoo shop right here in Clare. When David isn’t wrenching on bikes he likes to tattoo, draw, paint and hang out with his family. He says he enjoys working at Cycle Works because it allows him to hone his skills as a mechanic and he enjoys the people he works with. “Working on motors has always been an interest of mine, and after tattooing for 20 years, it’s kind of a nice change of pace” David says about why he chose Cycle Works. David would describe himself as humble, always willing to learn and help people out whenever possible.

Jake - ATV/UTV Technician
Has joined our team in 2020. His knowledge of small engines and powersports makes him a great addition to the Cycle Works team. When Jake isn’t working you can find him working on anything with a motor. He says his favorite part of Cycle Works is the people, “there isn’t a day we aren’t laughing here.” He says he’s self taught and continues to learn everyday and it all started the day he started working on a quad for his son. Jake is hard working, loves to work on anything and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty.

Dottie - Parts Manager
Dottie isn’t a stranger to the world of powersports. Her husband, Russ, was a long time employee of Cycle Works until his passing in November 2020. Dottie’s “Go-Get-Em” attitude brings drive to the team. Dottie says her favorite part of Cycle Works is “The guys in the shop make this job fun, they’re always making us laugh. Gary, especially, keeps us on our toes.”
